Probably the best value in the valley. This is one of the few parks where you can buy your lot. Some of the owners also rent out there lots so there are usually a few rental lots available. There are always park models for rent by individual owners too. The park itself is great. It is clean and well maintained. There is almost any activity available that one could ask for. Two pools, a large hot tub, a fitness center, a lapidary shop, a wood shop, a ceramics shop, tennis courts, pickle ball, batting cage, horseshoe pits, and shuffleboard. My parents came in as renters and bought property the first year. They came every winter for almost 30 years after. My parents call Golden Vista "senior summer camp" and I can see why they love it there! Friendly people, beautiful amenities, every kind of club or hobby group you could want, and you own your little piece of land! I'm not too far from 55 myself and hope some day it can be my winter destination, too!

Awesome 55+ gated community near the Superstition Mountains (pic from web) - great place to spend your winters - clean - well managed and affordable. You own your own lot so have control over your HOA fees via an elected board of directors.

One of my best friends lives in this community. We visited for a birthday party. The first thing that struck me was how quiet and peaceful it was(except a few of us 😁😅). Oh. My. Goodness!! This place is beautiful! Well maintained, gorgeous landscaping, TWO pools - only saw 1, but it's big with plenty of sunbathing chairs, and there is a nice sized hot tub, as well❤️ They had several card games going on. There's a ballroom, craft room(s) - even a place to polish stones and make jewelry!! I don't usually rate 55+ communities, but I had to comment on this place, for sure! I was very impressed.
