I recently visited Golden West again for repair from a minor dent which popped out the side edge of my rear bumper. Daniel was able to quickly fix the bumper and cleaned and polished the area where the dent had been. He provided this service as a customer courtesy, something they had done for me once before. This excellent, fast and courteous service is why I have returned to them. I highly recommend this business for their excellent customer service!

It was an absolute pleasure having my 2025 Toyota Camry LE fixed at Golden West Collision after my right front passenger window was broken into, and paint was damaged from the burglary. Henry and the team were so supportive, caring, compassionate, kind, and generous towards me. They kept my car under 24/7 guard until my insurance approved the claim, and helped me get through the hard time of getting my car broken into. Golden West was a great place to go to. I was checked-in very quickly and Daniel went around my car and described the work that needed to be done and how long it would take. Everything was done professionally and efficiently. They partner with a local car rental company and I was able to score an Audi A6 while my repairs were being completed. The work was done and delivered on time and as promised. Henry walked me around the car and summarized what was done. They made sure I knew my warranty and signed me out. It was a great process and I will go back if needed.
