They cancelled my reservation before my trip saying they didn’t have access to the vehicle that was on their website that I booked, I was fine with that, but I just wanted to refund since I had to obviously go elsewhere and would not be receiving a car from them. That was July 22. I still have yet to receive a refund. I’ve called and texted multiple times and they keep saying they’re looking into it but I’m not given me my money back.
