Don’t call this place for services! Wed 11/26 - they send the wrong tow truck. 3-4 hours later it arrived to my mechanic with no keys. Manager was supposed to “go find” them and take them herself. Never did. Thur - no calls. Fri - no calls after me calling and insisting for an update. Saturday- No calls. We had to take our spear keys so they can work on the car. Today is 12/11/2025. After multiple calls and messages left with different staff requesting a call back. NO CALLS BACK! I even texted the one manager who did called back last week with all my details, again no call back regarding my keys or refund. Was hired to tow my toolbox and trusted they were professionals, however once the toolbox was delivered and dropped off found the hutch was severely bowed in causing difficulty to open the lid. This toolbox is my livelihood and cost me thousands to purchase. The driver should have known not to strap it down extremely tight in the middle where there wasn’t much support but knowingly did so anyway. Very shady company that does not stand behind their service and is willing to let their customers leave their property to crash or god forbid even get killed on the road. They dropped my motorcycle while under their possession, causing obvious damage to critical parts - handle bar, forks, tires, subframe. They actually let me leave and ride home with an unsafe bike that could've gotten me or others injured or killed. Picked up at night when it was dark, noticed CLEAR damage the next morning when it was light outside. Tried to contact someone in charge for weeks, finally got to me denying any liability. My box truck was towed in broad daylight in front of a plaza that was open, but that is not the main issue. The problem is that the day after I picked up the truck, I noticed that the last two tires on the truck had been changed.
