I’m a returning customer — the first experience was okay. The guys seemed friendly, and their prices were lower than others, which was appealing. However, they left clamp marks on the inside of my new wheels, which was disappointing. On my second visit, things got worse. I had two new tires installed, and I noticed that one wheel had only three lugs properly torqued — two were completely loose. On the other wheel, four lugs were over-torqued and damaged, and I had to extract and replace them myself. Beware of the quality of work here. Saving a bit of money isn’t worth the risk of unsafe or sloppy service.

Showed up in the afternoon to ask about making an appointment to get a tire changed and a guy said he could handle it right there. He popped the old tire off and put the new one on the rim in 20 minutes and charged me a great price for it.

Gonzales tires & wheels just opened up on Evelyn Street, Between Sunset & Pastoria, Next to the Volvo shop. Vince & Rido helped me get 4 Toyo Tires on my 2001 Lexus, & also my Volkswagen Passat economy tires at the best price within a 5 mile radius. They also did the alignment on both vehicles. I'm grateful that they moved in the neighborhood and provided top notch service. Will definitely refer friends & family. Many thanks from, Francis
