Ignorantly expensive. We had a FedEx truck stuck in the snow. We called around and they were the only ones without a 6 hour wait and now I see why! They charged us $630 to winch the vehicle off the snow bank. We usually use Pioneer Towing and they’ve had to use 2 trucks at once to winch a guy out and only charged us $400!! Also when we called them they said it would be anywhere from $200-$500 then it ended up being $630!!! Will not use these guys again! I’m not sure if they just seen FedEx and decided to make an extra dime, but around here that’s not how you do business!

Popped a tired on route 11. Called them the guy got there fast. It was pouring rain. I sat in there truck while he loaded it. Took it to the spot to have it fixed and he waited to make sure, they could work on my tire before leaving. Super great, and smooth experience would definitely recommend and at a great price!

In early August my family and I were on vacation at Claytor Lake State Park in Dublin Virginia. On the next to last night, my wife's car broke down and needed to be towed to the shop. We were 7 hours from home and needed it towed ASAP as our rental was ending on Friday (This was a Thursday morining). Called and explained our situation and he said they'd have someone there as soon as they could. The tow arrived quickly and without much trouble finding us seeing as how we were inside the state park and didn't have an actual address to send them.
