UPDATED!!!: Got a call form the Regional Manager concerning my review below. He seemed very concerned and told me that he would look into the situation and call me back in a day or so. Well, it has been almost 2 weeks, I have left two messages for him and have received no response. Again, DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO TIRE DISCOUNTERS - THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR VEHICLE. At the end of December, I took my truck in for an alignment adjustment since I bought tires there for my truck. I told them the steering wheel was off centered and asked if the could fix that. They said sure not a problem. 90 minutes later, told me that they couldn't get it done because I needed a new rack and pinion. They said they could do it for $2100. I told them I would think about. These guys are great, they got our tires in the same day we ordered them. Mounted, balanced, and aligned with a detailed vehicle inspection and oil change included...all done *way* faster than we could have expected. Very happy with the quality and service at this location, and we'll definitely be back.

We experienced issues on the way back home to Georgia. They got us in quickly, took care of the issue and we're affordable! Such nice people!

I had a great experience working with this local shop. They were able to quickly inspect my vehicle and identify issues free of charge. Peter went out of his way to make sure I was able to repair my vehicle at the lowest possible price. I’ll be a returning customer. Joseph (GM) and Pete were incredibly helpful and professional. We needed a tire balance early Saturday morning before we hit the road. The techs had not arrived yet so Joseph jumped in and took care of it himself. He and Pete kept us attended to and informed the entire time. It turned out that all four tires--not purchased through them--were defective and were very difficult to balance. Joseph went above and beyond and got them squared away. Both Joseph and Pete are consummate professionals and great people.
