The guys are here are wonderful!!! They helped me get into the car I wanted and didnt have to settle, I highly recommend going through them for all your auto needs!!
Friendly and professional service (Expeess Lane service department), especially from manager Regina. Needed repair in a pinch as I work on the road and PMM was able to help more than I could have expected. Regina clearly knows and loves her job, and I felt genuinely cared for. Car is now safe and running smoothly (new tires and an alignment) because of their care and investigation. Will return!
Went in for a oil change on 1-14-26 the gentleman ask me if I purchased the car there I told him no told him I just wanted a oil change he got into my car I asked him how much for the oil change he said it would be around 70$ I told him I wasn't paying that he asked me how was I expecting it to be I told him around 40 he told me that there was no where around that would change it for 40 I drove to Walmart the cost for the oil change was around 38$ so I would beware of this place and I will place reviews on every site I can find letting them know about my experience with you
This was my family’s first time working with Pulaski Motor Mile or any of the Shelor dealerships and it certainly won’t be our last! Mr Kevin Frost was fantastic to work with. He answered any questions we had and was never pushy in any way. He was great to talk with! My wife and I came there to do business and left with new friends! Couldn’t be happier with our 2018 Chevrolet Silverado
We had just started our search for a newer truck, the first one we saw on the lot was not to my husbands liking, but the salesman Doug mentioned a trade in had just arrived. My husband took it for a drive and fell in love with it. Immediately after saying we'd like to buy it they sent it off for inspection and to be checked out by their mechanics. My hubby was able to call it his own later that day. Staff was professional and courteous. This is our second purchase from Shelor and we could not be happier.
