Good Sam ESP

I called today to cancel my good sam esp. I spoke to Barbara. She said I needed a reason to cancel. I said I decided I don’t want it anymore. She said that’s not a good enough reason to cancel. Automatic credit card payments will continue. So then I said I sold the rv. She said she needed to know when I sold it and to who. She wanted me to transfer the plan to that person. I told her I don’t have that information. I wouldn’t give it out even if I did. I never asked for a refund of any kind. I just wanted to stop the charges on my card. It was a very stressful, frustrating process. After she finally agreed to cancel she tried to sell me auto insurance and extended warranty’s for our cars. Ridiculous.

Lewis was very responsive, polite and helpful with all of my Good Sams questions. He also offered many suggestions and solutions without being asked. Thank you Lewis for going above and beyond. Much appreciated!!

I needed coverage immediately. Jaime Carolina was superb. I received everything I requested within minutes and he returned my calls no more than 5 minutes from the time of my message. Good Sam is a great company and Jaime proved that it is due to it's employees.

I spoke to Jaime in customer support and he was great. He even gave me quotes for other things. I told him to let me think about the quotes, he followed up with an email and I responded the next day letting him know I was interested. The unusual thing happen just as soon as I sent the email and it was late in the evening est., Jaime returned my call. Very impressed 👏 Excellent customer service 👏 Jaime. Very pleasant voice also.
