I wish I could relate lower. They charged me over $2,000 to fix my car. After getting it ”fixed” the same issues persisted and they weren’t able to accurately find the issue and weren’t willing to give a refund. I left the shop with my car in the same condition as when I brought it in and with my $2000 gone. She called the police on me and said I need to go to court, instead of them just doing the right thing. Dishonest, unfair, and will put their profit over the customer.

Good Times Auto on Henry Blvd has done work for me several times! My last experience was a little challenging! I went there to have a fuel pump replaced! After dropping my gas tank the fuel pump was replaced but somehow I had the vacuum part broken! I'm not sure how that happened but I was very upset! I have my own idea! I had to replace my gas tank!! After three rejected fuel tanks I decided to find my own fuel tank! They kept my truck for three weeks! The engine light would not stay off! I was frustrated and angry!!! But the boss lady really did her research and redeemed herself! She worked very hard and and found out why the engine light would not stay off! Someone in the past had wired a sensor thing on top of the motor incorrectly! She had her mechanic fix the problem! I commend her f

After about a hr told me they couldn’t get the right side right, I needed new struts. Bought & installed new struts. Brought it back & paid for another alignment but they still couldn’t get it right after quizzing me on struts said it had to be the lower control arm that the strut sits on. Replaced the entire front suspension & decided to take it somewhere else. Glad I did cause they told me on my car you have to adjust the subf

On January 2,2025 brought my vehicle in for oil change service. Upon completion I checked my vehicle before paying, while checking I notice that they never changed my oil filter SMH I asked why my oil filter wasn't change there reason oil filter to tight mechanic couldn't take off. But brought my vehicle like they were done and wanted me to pay for full oil change. I told them no I'm not paying. The attendant call the police like that even matter to me, But here's the Kicker Mgr said u can go under your vehicle and take oil filter off yourself we not responsible for any damages. Words exchange wouldn't release my vehicle while Police still present. I instructed and stood on business made them get my vehicle corrected. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE HORRIBLE AND NEEDS TO BE SHUT FOR BUSINESS!!!!!!!

Don't waste your time or money at this shop. I paid for a diagnostic for a noise that I heard that I was unsure of its origin. It seems as if the inexperienced mechanics and technicians at this establishment just guess what they think it can be without any merit or consideration of the customer's time or money. I would not recommend coming here to get your car repaired as you may end up in the same situation as me $1300 later and four visits later with no resolve.
