Good Year

Dropped off my Transit Van to have a minor issue repaired on it, two weeks later, it’s sitting in the same parking spot it has been at for two weeks, despite me having an appointment to “have it looked at” the day I dropped it off. When asking what the delay is, it seems they only have one employee that knows how to repair vehicles, the other employees apparently only know how to “check if things are loose” and the single repair individual has also apparently been too busy for two weeks to resolve a minor fix. But how can that person work on it if the van is never moved into the shop? It seems GoodYear is only Good at making excuses.

The guys are great! Treat customers fair and right! On a side note when I was there..the Manager announced on the overhead speaker that they had 100% attendance and no lates to work that day. I thought that was pretty cool! Way to go you guys!!!

I've gone here a couple times for my tires and the staff are very nice and I appreciate this last time that the gentleman helping me actually took the time to explain why my tire was leaking. It was not something typically like getting a nail in it. I paid just under $40 for my valve replacement and, while I didn't shop around, I expected to pay around that for a tire repair. They have a nice waiting area with comfy chairs and couches, though it only took half an hour so not a long wait.

I’m so happy to write a great review for Goodyear in Brainerd Mn, and especially the fantastic customer service from Chad at the store. He was fantastic, attentive to our needs and was the go- between with our extended warranty insurance. He went an extra mile to a situation that would have otherwise been very stressful since we broke down, had a car full of groceries and on a deadline to meet up for dinner! Our car was fixed in a reasonable amount of time, even during a heatwave during the week. Thank you again! You will for sure get our business again! Mary H.

These guys are great! They're the most professional, have the best expertise, and are fast and knowledgeable. I've had a hard time finding a good shop in the Lakes area....have had a lot of bad experiences elsewhere....and wouldn't think of bringing my vehicle anywhere besides Good Year after several times there with each one being a great experience.
