Good Year

I want to give a huge shout out to Marlon! He has worked on two of my vehicles and has done a truly fabulous job. My Jeep has had many issues, and Marlon has gone above and beyond to make sure it runs perfectly. He takes the time to address every problem thoroughly and never cuts corners. His customer service is excellent, friendly, professional, and attentive. The quality of work I’ve received has been absolutely top-notch. I can honestly say I would never take my vehicles to a different shop. Marlon has earned my trust, and I couldn’t recommend him more highly!

My wife took her van for a routine oil and tire rotation. Unfortunately the technician working on it cross thread one of the lugs. No one said anything or informed my wife about this. I called the manager not looking for compensation or anything, all I was looking for was for him to talk with his technician about being responsible and to please notify the customer if they damage anything. No accountability here... smh. Won't be coming back to this location and I recommend Inspection of your vehicle before you leave.... unprofessional staff here...

Made an appointment a day ahead. Was greeted by Chris who was very welcoming and got me in and out fast. Location was very clean and the waiting room had free coffee. I was very pleased with the service. Good, fair prices. Great job everyone.

You need to take your car here! These people always go above and beyond, for all of your car’s needs. From Marlon and Israel to all the guys in the shop, the customer service is absolute unequaled. A great friend told me about them, and I reluctantly took my car in do repairs. Not only was everything completed in 2 days, the cost was very competitive and they kept in touch with me the entire time. They are truly people who stand behind their work, are proud and honored to work with you, and I will never go anywhere else. We all need more people and companies like this Goodyear locale! So honored to stand by you!

Always GREAT service. I have been here a few times and always feel like prices are reasonable and the employees are some of my favorites. Marlon is a wonderful employee and he is very friendly, professional, and has a lot of vehicle knowledge. I honestly am not sure how there are any negative reviews.
