Wow! I just had the best sales experience I’ve ever had. The entire team was outstanding to work with… Jace, Jordan, Sam, Doug, Rachel, Anthony, and the gentlemen working in the shop! I was greeted by everyone when I arrived which was so welcoming and comfortable. Jace was kind and communicative with my son (who’s a spectrum kiddo). Jordan and Doug did a great job working with me to meet my needs financially and comfortably. The gentleman that detailed my new car did such a fantastic job it looked brand new (big ole’ sweetie). I am so grateful for the experience and service. Good Autos works hard for the customers and really wants to help you get into a car you’ll enjoy with no pressure or gimmicks. I didn't buy a vehicle but I'm a detailer out of Collinsville il and we were called about some overspray on their vehicles from a company painting a gas station 2 doors down(oil based paint) although I didn't buy a vehicle I had the pleasure of meeting every employee in the building and I'll tell you one thing. They are wholesome down to earth people that I feel would respect your decision to shop with them. I have been in the vehicle business for YEARS and it's not normal to meet a group of people that aren't there to just make your money they are their to get you on the road any way they can. I watch multiple people have the time of their life purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. I drove 5 hours for these people and I would do it again. -Tommy's one stop detail

This business is awesome, The owner Rachel and her husband are super nice. I have had such a great experience. They honor their word and warranty. Jordan and Jace are absolutely awesome. Joe the manager that works in the shop is awesome, my jeep that I bought did not have a Bluetooth Radio and Bluetooth was my main concern since the salesman said it did but it didn’t. The owners made it right and bought a brand new Bluetooth and Joe the manager put it in and I am beyond excited. It absolutely looks like it was factory installed. Thank you so so much good auto, you guys are the best.

First of all they are scammers, they make you pay an initial application fee which is money that they will never return to you and will not go to the Down payment of the car either, secondly the cars they sell are in terrible condition, I went for a specific car and it cost much less than the vehicle they offered me and their excuse is that the bank did not approve and that if they did not take me the car that they were offering me the 500 dollars that I had given they were going to keep them. Be very careful when buying with these people. Here I leave photos of the condition of the vehicle after several months of use. Crappy painting jobs, I had to fix the radio on my own etc etc etc. I don’t recommend it at all

Bought a car from Jason, he was very professional and quick. Rachel, the owner was very welcoming and even accommodated my autistic nephew by finding him a fidget spinner while we went through paperwork. Everyone was very nice, helpful and diligent. Highly recommend!
