After blowing out a tire on the highway I called Goodyear about a replacement set of four while I was waiting for a tow. They didn’t have the ones I wanted in the store but found some in another store miles away. Isiah drove to Evergreen to get them and then installed them on my Tesla. Within two hours of being towed into the store I had my new tires and was on my way. These wonderful people are exceptional in their service. I can’t recommend them enough.

Came in for a set of tires and they got me in and out in 45 minutes. Lovely store here and wonderful crew! Thank you so much David :)

The management and front of shop staff here are great. Very polite and have never tried to oversell me or anything like that. However the last few times I’ve gotten an oil change they have not rotated my tires even though I clearly asked about it and said “I want to make sure it’s done” both on the phone and in person when dropping my vehicle off. I was assured it would be done but It didn’t get done and it’s far from the first time this has happened and I’ve tried multiple Goodyear locations. I Gave Goodyear more chances than I should have because I’ve been a customer for well over a decade but this is unacceptable.

Go to shop for all my car services. The staff is so friendly and professional! Cannot say enough good things about the work and customer service I’ve received. Just went in with a bent skid plate and they were extremely helpful in explaining what was wrong and getting a replacement on quickly. So thankful for this Goodyear location.

My wife and I have been coming here for over a decade (not just for tires) and these guys are the best. Fair prices, honest advice, and never any pressure to buy things you don’t need. A completely different experience than the dealership.
