Such a great place everyone there was great ! Very helpful and judging by the other customers everyone else felt the same way. They ordered a new tire for my car, and the process was very easy. Both me and my car were treated like rock stars by both thr service writer and the tech. They were super careful and took care of my car. The entire experience was great and I'd highly recommend them for your cars maintenance needs

This one star is for a young boy who eventually not keeps pushing my service back after I emphasize an immediately service. 9:21am check-in; 10:35am not start yet; 11:30am still not stat yet; finally 11:43am start after highly requested; 12:10pm all service is done. This was an extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience. I booked one of the earliest appointments, arrived on time, checked in and paid for the service in advance. I was the third vehicle scheduled, and this location can service four vehicles simultaneously. Despite this, my car was never serviced. When I followed up, I was told the work had not even started and that I would still need to wait. In person, I observed staff placing my paperwork underneath paperwork for vehicles that arrived later, effectively skipping my p

My tire had a nail in it and was slowly leaking air. I first went to Mavis Discount Tire, and they told me it couldn’t be repaired and that I needed to replace it — plus they recommended changing both of my front tires. I didn’t really trust their advice, so I left. Later, I searched on Google Maps for a tire shop that was still open around 7 PM and found that Goodyear was open. I drove over, and the manager asked me to wait until 8:30. After about an hour, he told me everything was fixed. I was honestly so surprised! The repair cost me $44 — a bit more than average, but totally worth it. I also asked how about the front tires, he said no need to change, at least can drive 1 years. I was really happy I didn’t have to spend hundreds on new tires. Overall, a great experience at this shop.

I didn’t get his name, which i wish I had, but he was very professional and honest. I was visiting from out of state and they helped me out! Thank you so much! Now I have peace of mind that I don’t have to worry driving back.

I had an amazing experience with Dave and the team! I first came in for new tires and was blown away by the excellent customer service—Dave was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was done right. Because of that, I came back later for more car service (new controllers), and once again, Dave took great care of me. He explained everything clearly, gave me honest advice, and made the whole process stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers the way Dave does. I’ll definitely keep coming back here for all my car needs because my 2017 is running smoother than eve! I highly recommend this shop...🚗👏🏽🥳
