John and another team member helped me out so much. Came in with a flat tire. Called last minute and came in less than an hour before closing. I was already having a tough time, they were both really nice and engaging. And got my tire fixed really quickly. I am so grateful. Them being so kind and helpful and accommodating really made the stress go away, and honestly made my evening better walking out of there. Highly recommend!!

Randy was AWESOME with his silver fox self. He was so patient and knowledgeable. He called me to give me updates through out the service of my car. He was kind enough to waited after hours for us to pick up our car. If you ever go to to Good Year in Mauldin ask for Randy the Assistant Service Manager. I will definitely recommend for all your car needs.

I really appreciate how friendly and accommodating the staff is here at Goodyear Mauldin. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming, especially Randy. I had gone to the Haywood rd location 2 times before coming here the the experience and vibes were completely different. I love how God redirected my path to visit the Mauldin location. I stopped by Goodyear last minute before a trip after realizing my tire tread was low, and Randy was amazing from start to finish! He got me taken care of quickly, even at the end of the day, and was so personable and helpful. He even checked all my tires to make sure I’d be safe on the road by confirming my “penny test” worked! Excellent service all around. Highly recommend!
