I would give Steve and his staff 10 stars if I could. We moved to Greenville from Louisville, KY, three years ago and began looking for a reliable garage for repairs, oil changes, new tires--the works. We discovered Killian's through their coupon mailer and they have done all our work ever since--and we have five cars in our family's fleet. Their work is excellent, the staff is a pleasure to deal with, and they always go over in detail everything your car needs with price before the work starts. Was in town for a week, checking out the town, seeing if Greenville is a place we can consider moving to permanently. Noticed an increasing vibration in my front end when braking at speed. Googled "Highly Rated Independent Auto Repair Shop Near Me" and out of the ones that popped up, Dale picked up the phone and said that they could accommodate me THAT DAY. He was very nice and welcoming and I took that as a good sign. Drove over to the shop- it was about 1 in the afternoon and Dale says they can give me an evaluation pretty quickly. Then offers me a ride back to my place - which I took them up on. Blain(?) drove me back to my place, very nice, young man. We're very new to the area and had been going to a nationally recognized chain auto shop. Friendly enough, but it just didn't work for me. Hands down, Killians will be my go-to auto shop for the foreseeable future. No up-sells, fair prices and they go above and beyond to make sure you're satisfied with your service. Personable, down to earth people taking care of you throughout the process. They also mail out coupons to further help keep cost down while drumming up business. Everyone's experience may not be as satisfying as mine were with repairs affected on my 2017 XTS, but very few will be dissatisfied. Go 'head! Give 'em a try!

A brake line on my F250 ruptured and I had zero braking. I had my truck towed to Killians in Mauldin right after the ice storm. The very next day Ronnie called and said they would get on it right away. My truck was fixed by that afternoon! Awesome service. Good price. Very happy with the service.

I have had the opportunity to conduct business with Killians during the past year on my 2003 Maxima and 2018 Outlander. Ranging from oil changes, tires, alignments and even some major front end work on the Maxima. My experience has been the best.
