I had an incredible experience at Goodyear in Oswego today. Mari and Matt went out of their way to help me when I needed it, and the level of compassion they showed was unreal. They didn’t just treat me like another customer — they genuinely cared and made sure I was taken care of. I would highly recommend anyone in the area seeking service for there vehicle come here first. It’s rare to find people this professional, kind, and efficient. I’m extremely grateful for how they handled everything, and this is absolutely where I’ll be coming from now on. Thank you, Mari — you made a rough day much better.

Marry was one of the best store managers I’ve ever dealt with. Very kind and understanding. Very knowledgeable. She hooked me up with a ride home while my pickup truck was getting new tires on it. I highly recommend doing business at the Good Year Store in Oswego N. Y. I’d like to say thank you to the employee Kevin also. He was very helpful and kind also. Answered all my questions and concerns about the installation process.

Got my winter tires installed, alignment, state inspection, and a synthetic Euro-spec oil change done here — about $500 total. The team at Goodyear was extremely professional and courteous, and they returned my car clean and ready to go. Two older TPMS sensors ended up breaking during the tire swap (they were brittle from age), but the techs were transparent about it and explained what they saw. I really appreciated the honesty and the way they treated me throughout the whole process. I’ll definitely be coming back here in the spring for my next service.

I had my car inspected, oil changed, and tires rotated. They repaired a tire, and put air in all 4. Mari (the store manager) was great! It made a HUGE difference when I drove it home. I am so glad I brought my car there! Goodyear in Oswego, is the only place I'll go now!

Alex installed 4 new tires within 1 hour and inflated the tires exactly as I requested. Mari submitted a rebate to Goodyear on my behalf. Mari and staff were friendly and courteous. I will return for future tire needs.
