Mavis Discount Tire

My tire pressure light has been coming on. My husband has been filling it for me, but it reoccurred. On my way to Syracuse today I noticed there was some shaking while I was driving. On my way back to Oswego I decided to call Mavis and see if they could squeeze me in on short notice to look at my tires. Called at 10:20am and they were able to schedule me for 11:00am. I work from home so I brought my laptop in case I could work while I waited. They did in fact have WiFi and a relatively comfortable waiting area. They found a screw in the inner wall of my tire so it couldn’t be repaired. But they went over all season tire options with me. I got a decent price on 2 new all season tires. My inspection was up at the end of the month so I asked if they could possibly do that for me while I was a

Moved to the area in August 25. Inspections and oil changes have been pleasant experiences. Got quoted over 1200 dollars at dealership for CV joint replacement. This location verified the replacement was needed and did the job quickly and for a third of the first quote. Gonna have our business even if we move out of Oswego proper. Thank you.

My boyfriend an I got our tires and brakes done here. Wayne was very helpful an very patient with us in finding the right tires and brakes in our price range and seemed very happy in doing so which I truly appreciate. John was our mechanic and he did a amazing job. Everything was done efficiently and quickly and still running smoothly. Everyone was super nice and seemed to enjoy their job. The place was clean as well. Management should be very proud as their crew truly shows great skill and great customer service. Thank you Wayne for your patience, your knowledge, and your kindness in leading us to the right parts we needed and thank you John for excellent work. Finding honest hard working mechanics are hard to come by and we will be back.
