Jeff and Shauna were absolutely amazing. I'm traveling for work and needed an oil change baddddd. I have never been to a Valvoline, they had me drive right up and wait, I don't think I was there more than 20 minutes. They checked my lights, tire pressure, etc recommended services but didn't pressure me. I went ahead and got a low light switched out as well and man were they efficient. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone!
Excellent service and crew here in Oswego! Shawna, Shawn & John were ALL awesome. Hands down the fastest, thorough & most efficient maintenance I’ve had done on my vehicle. Definitely gained a repeat customer. You are all VERY MUCH appreciated!
They where very helpful, very fast. They also asked alot of questions and made sure I was comfortable with what they where doing. My tech was funny and engaging I will recommend them to everyone I know. They did more then just change the oil.
Everyone at the Oswego City Valvoline is absolutely professional and skilled at their jobs. Happy to be able to get my oil changed by folks who are great at their jobs.
They are very polite, quick and efficient. Always go to them for my oil changes. Never have had a problem.
