These guys deserve a five star rating!!! I don't know why the Google rating is reflecting lower right now but they deserve 5 STARS! Maybe they had some issues in the past but with the managers they have now Mike and assistant operations manager Nick they are very transparent and care about educating their customers and helping them find the best product! About three months ago, I got an unfortunate flat tire from running over something on the highway and needed to get some tires on quick to get back to my busy lifestyle as a Mom of five kiddos driving them to all their activities. Unfortunately, the place I normally go to and feel comfortable with was booked solid. So I decided to try this place as they happened to have an opening that very day and were close by. Honestly I was skeptical

I had a great experience at Goodyear getting new tires and an oil change. The service was efficient, and everything was explained clearly from start to finish. Mike, the manager, was especially friendly and professional—he made sure I felt taken care of and answered all my questions. It’s refreshing to find a place with both quality work and excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this location to others!

My wife had a flat tire, and we brought the car to Goodyear — and as always, they were absolutely amazing. The team was so kind and helpful throughout the whole process. Not only did they fix the tire quickly, but they even took the time to find the special lug nut key that had ended up in the backseat. It took a while to locate, but they were incredibly patient and never made it a big deal. The best part? They didn’t even charge us for the repair. That kind of kindness and honesty is rare, and we were truly grateful. Our family has been going to Goodyear for years — my wife, her dad, and I all trust them completely. The staff is always friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. We really appreciate everything they did for us and highly recommend them!
