Goodyear Auto Services Center

We were staying 3 nights in Dickinson in our RV. Late on the 3rd night we found we had a flat tire. Since it was Saturday, we had to stay another night to get into this Goodyear store. We arrived 30 minutes before opening since we had no appointment. Amazingly, the door was open and an associate greeted me and asked how she could help. When I explained we were trying to get home to Ohio, she had a technician take a look right away. He found that we only needed a new valve stem. He replaced the stem and we were on our way - all before the shop opened at 8am! We cannot thank the amazing employees of this store enough. It is so heartening to find people who genuinely care about customers and obviously their business as well. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

We are from Maine and were traveling through the area with our RV. I had a tire issue and as was in need of a new one and it was after business hours. Fearing no one would be able to assist me for days I lined up my potential options for the morning. Luckily my first call the next morning was to Dickinson Tire & Service. They were helpful and responsive. Upon my arrival they had my tire changed and I was back on the road again within 45 minutes!!! Unbelievable! Great staff and excellent service

5 star! Very quick. Everyone that I talked to was super courteous. I watched another customer come in while I was there. He was having problems with a bad vibration at 60 MPH. He was traveling a very long ways. They got his car in immediately and found it was ice build up in is wheels. They cleaned it, didn't charge him. Off he went Arkansas! Just goes to show people are still good to one another!

I was passing through town and was dealing with a lot of road noise. They got me in right away and did a very thorough inspection. They told me what the problem was but also said I would be fine to keep driving and repair it when I got home which I really appreciated. Best of all, they didn't charge me anything!! I highly recommend them.
