Prices have gone up and they now over charge for parts. Charging $280 for the same part you can get from local auto parts store for $150ish. That doesn't count the labor cost to install it, just the part. Shop around find a different shop and get quotes from other shops if possible.

Great experience here! Called after hours, left a voicemail and they got back to me right away in the morning. They were able to get me in quickly and got the job done fast. SO much better than going through my dealership. I worked with Jeff and he was really great and had a good sense of humor! This will be my go-to place from now on.

I brought my vehicle in one year after it was repaired following a collision, right before the warranty for the repair services expired. Jeff and Dave were great - they got my car in right away and explained exactly what was wrong and what they did to fix it. There were issues with the length of time I waited and they happily honored the warranty. Great experience and I’d definitely recommend them and use them again.

Incredible customer service from the call to get a quote to when I got my new tires. Their no pressure sales approach made me comfortable and that I could trust their service, product recommendations, and service. They offer competitive pricing and quick tire ordering. They were courteous when I was waiting for my new tires and because I was working, they offered to turn the music down for me and didn’t mind that I ordered lunch in. They were accommodating and patient with my questions and offered clarifications when needed as well. So kind, generous, and knowledgeable! They have a new regular customer. Thanks guys!

Jeff McGaha and Robert are great! Very knowledgeable, patient, polite. There is a reason I drive from Maple Plain, MN to get my vehicles serviced. It is nice to take your vehicles to a place you can trust and they do great work! I recommend Bloomington Tire and Auto to anyone looking for a new shop!
