Very friendly, I will say that. My wife dropped the car off in the morning with Carl (I was out of town) for rear brakes and an oil change. Had a $120 on-line coupon, among others that were availble. Carl, who I think is a manager, told her he would apply the best discount at checkout. They spent the first day doing the comprehensive check of the vehicle to see what else they could service. That's fine, but we just wanted rear brakes and oil. So that wasted a day and then needed to keep it a second day to do the requested work. Next day I get a call with the bill of $744, and paid it. My wife went to pick it up and she asked about what coupon was applied. She was told "none" and it couldn't be applied anymore because the service was closed and paid for. However, next time they would apply

Previous service at TGK was awesome. I recommended them to friends and neighbors. Something changed. The management changed and the techs pictures were gone off the wall. I had an issue and brought my truck in. The estimate was ridiculous for the issue. Under previous management, I had my entire dash dropped for a heater core replacement and it was done in a day. Now a water pump replacement took 2 days and cost MORE. Plus adding additional cost for a thermostat that is part of the repair. A $30.00 part cost $97.99. I also requested old parts be returned to me, didn’t happen. Also I discovered they broke a retainer for the upper hose and left it, and the valve caps on my tires missing as well. Overall, I will never patronize this business again. My business will move down the road to LeRo

Super kind, and thorough! I went in for an overall vehicle inspection. I mentioned getting a few things on the list of things I needed fixed and Karl was great! Instead of taking advantage and my money he said I should get my subframe fixed before anything. They couldn’t do that there though. I appreciate the honesty and quickness. I’ll be back!! Thank you!

I had the best experience with a repair at the TGK in Bloomington. Karl and everyone I spoke with was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. I love that they send the report to you with photos and a detailed description of the service. I could tell from the description that they trouble shot the issue I was having before attempting to fix the wrong thing. Which is way more than I can say for other shops in the area. Will go back to them for all of my service going forward!

10/10 experience at TGK auto, honest feedback, great prices, and quality work. Never going anywhere else now that I know what I was missing not coming here. Special thanks to Nick and Andy for their help, truely a one of a kind experience!
