Goodyear Heights Towing

I called earlier this morning about my Audi that doesn’t run and they quoted me a fair amount. Later on, the dealership wanted me to take it to an Auction instead, and they were willing to be flexible with my situation. The tall gentleman with the glasses (I didn’t get his name) ended up towing my car, and because it was an Audi, everything was electronic and it was difficult to put the vehicle in neutral and move it. Even with all the difficult situations, we were able to figure it out. They were quick and effective, thank you so much! Note: There’s two different rates when you pay with cash instead of credit. I paid in cash because it was a bit cheaper.

I have to give a big thanks to this company. My son under age just got his license was broke down in the highway while this storm is starting up today and made it possible to get him to safety faster than what he even said. Bink of an eye had my son calling me sitting in his truck. Thank you so much i was so scared til they came to the rescue. Referrals is a must with me.

We were stranded and had been waiting for 3 hours for a DIFFERENT towing company when we decided to find someone else. We called Goodyear Heights/Wise Towing and they were there in 20 minutes! And their prices are great! Mark was very professional, helpful and nice. We won’t use anyone else if we ever need a tow again. And we will refer them to everyone!

I had a great experience with this towing company. Kim was courteous and sent a driver to me in no time. Willie handled my vehicle with care and brought it safely to my home. I’m ready to do some more DIY repairs on it 😂 Their prices were also very fair and reasonable.

I would give this zero stars if I could. They charged my husband 108 dollars to tow his car, 3 houses, after his lower control arm broke. We were not told the price until after the tow was completed.
