I recently had an exceptional experience at GR Auto Service and highly recommend them! I came in with a flat tire, hoping for a patch. The mechanics were incredibly honest and transparent, explaining that the tear was too severe for a safe repair. I truly appreciate their integrity! Knowing I had to get home, they went above and beyond: they pumped up my tire for me at no charge, ensuring I could safely drive home first. The best part? It was right at closing time, and they still took the time to help me. This level of customer care is rare and truly impressive. Since my vehicle uses a special brand of run-flat tire, they promptly ordered the replacement tire for me. They were very responsive throughout the process and got me scheduled quickly. I have gone here a few times, with no complaints, have neglected to give a rating until now. I come here to get any issues I have and the guys here are more than accommodating, I've talked with the owner a few times and he is very reasonable, and would even suggest if its worth doing repairs at their own shop or of you can do it on your own.
