Vic and his team quite literally saved my car and potentially my engine. I brought my vehicle in with multiple issues that could have easily turned into a major and extremely expensive repair if they weren’t properly diagnosed. Vic performed a thorough inspection and identified several failing seals and gaskets, including leaking spark plug tube seals that were causing serious engine performance problems. I felt compelled to come here to write a review. I was referred to Vic's and decided to have my 2017 highlander transmission rebuilt with them. Joe was so honest with everything from the start. Not only did they rebuild my transmission, they went above and beyond to save my vehicle as it was my lifeline for my family. Sadly, I bought a lemon, but it was fixed correctly and I felt safe again driving it. I recently sold my truck and the dealer could not believe how a truck with over 150k miles was running so nicely. They gave me 9500 for it, I paid the balance and it left me with money to put down on a lease. It was a nice working with highly experienced mechanics and just an overall trustworthy company. management is lacking. phone is almost never answered and we got overcharged labor for a job i brought in. knowing full well this was my families car. we never received an invoice stating the hours of labor only a total price which FAR exceeds the labor rate and time for job. owner was informed and as usual NJ business people he didnt care.
