McLaughlin's Auto Service

As someone who has recommended this shop for 50+ years, I regrettably can no longer recommend the McLauglin family business. In efforts to find a temporary alternative to working on my car on my now frozen driveway, I trusted John and his team to produce quality work and be in contact if anything not discussed had come up. Unfortunately, out of the three times I brought my domestic vehicle in for basic to intermediate level repairs, the vehicle had to go back for correction each time. I understand wanting to place a less experienced technician on my type of vehicle, but a quick inspection of the vehicle might be vital before returning it to the customer. My vehicle was returned with the heat blowing cold (it is currently February…) when I clearly stated I needed my heat fixed. They misdiag

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! new to area and went for oil change.. also thought i needed brakes because of noise i was hearing. turns out it was not brakes, just something hanging that they removed. extra service for price of oil change. they could have just done the brakes anyway and charged me. my opinion they are trustworthy and reliable. very satisfied!

Reliable, fairly priced. John is a great resource if you got questions. Been using the shop for +15years.

You can never go wrong with McLaughlin's, great work, honest and fair pricing, and friendly service. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.
