Grady's Automotive LLC

Highly recommend Grady’s!! My son attends school in Virginia while I live over a thousand miles away, so having car trouble was incredibly stressful. Grady’s responded quickly and professionally, got my son’s car in the same day, and took excellent care of everything. They fixed the issue without trying to upsell or add unnecessary repairs, and the pricing was very fair. As a mom so far away, I truly can’t thank them enough—not just for the great service, but for the peace of mind they gave me knowing my son was taken care of. We will absolutely be back whenever service is needed.

I had a great experience at the new Grady's Automotive! Grady was quick, professional, and didn't try to upsell anything I didn't need. The pricing was fair and transparent, and his service was courteous and efficient. Ladies, if you've ever felt hesitant or uncomfortable getting your vehicle serviced, you won't here! Grady's Automotive is respectful, and the atmosphere is genuinely welcoming. The lobby is clean, tastefully decorated, and makes waiting pleasant. Highly recommend!

Grady’s is the best! Came to Grady’s to get a second opinion on some work needed on our truck and Grady was so helpful. He is much more affordable than other shops in the area. He’s knowledgeable, trustworthy, and really cares about his customers. Plus, the shop is so inviting and decorated beautifully. Couldn’t be happier with our experience!
