My car was inspected in good time. I am very happy with their excellent service. The office ladies were very friendly and efficent. We will come back for other services as needed.

We went in this morning (10/10/25) for an appt set for vehicle inspection. Upon coming in, was greeted with a very nice front desk employee! She was entirely lovely! Upon inspection, my husband wanted to just take a look under the car (he was a mechanic at one point) just to check as our vehicle was just purchased (not from the establishment). Upon inspection, the only thing we need/needed is the proper battery and tie downs (my husband assumed so; but wanted to just be sure there wasn't anything else). The mechanic was VERY knowledgeable, kind, and professional. We were blown away by the service, expertise and friendliness of the team at Warehouse Auto Repair. They listened carefully to our situation while we were on vacation in Staunton. They knew we probably wouldn't be regular customers (as we live about three hours away) but they still gave us amazing service and a great price. They helped resolve without charge one concern we had about our vehicle (which an unscrupulous mechanic could have exploited - we wouldn't have known). Thank you so much to all the team! Went in for a car inspection today and was pleased as usual with service. They have done quite a few repairs for me over the years. To include a transmission replacement in a '02 Mazda pickup truck I used to have as well as some suspension work on my '98 honda I also used to have. My dad has also had them work on a few of his vehicles over the years.. Truthfully? I've never had a complaint. Highly recommend. 10 out of 10 for me and my family
