Take 5 Oil Change

JC and the other incredibly knowledgeable tech did a fantastic and efficient job getting us in and out for an oil change at Take 5 Oil Change – Staunton! This location is hands down our favorite. Other locations just don’t have the same level of efficiency and teamwork — we actually drive further just for the experience! We also really appreciate the advice they give to help keep our vehicles running smoothly for the long haul. Highly recommend this team!

Very good experience & friendly svc. You helped me out in a pinch in November when I had a headlight out on a Friday evening, worked the next morning so missed openings for getting that replaced. I had an out-of-state funeral to leave for on Sunday. Figured I’d get a ticket in one of those states! My mechanic doesn’t work on weekends. Good for him. Your people gave me advice, I purchased a bulb at an auto store, and you folks put it in. Took 5 minutes plus educating me on doing it myself next time. Thankfully it was on the driver’s side, so the fender didn’t have to be taken off, which my son was prepping to do from watching a YouTube video once I got home. I have gotten a health-care discount everytime, which I apprec v much. This time I was asked for ID for that. I had my name tag for

My 2nd time coming here, and polite people. Isaac was on point and very customer service oriented. They definitely make you feel welcomed and Isaac gave me a bottle water i was getting thirsty lol. Appreciate you 🙏🏼 guys.

I have gone to Take 5 twice now. I like the speed of service and advice from the technicians. Sometimes, you need to consider your safety and the condition of the car over meer numbers. I needed to try something new as my car is getting higher mileage. Being able to come by and talk to the tech about the products after a few thousand miles of driving makes sense, as I figure out what will work best moving forward. The guys were very quick and professional.

I am grateful for the young men who are willing to work Sundays. They did a great job with my coolant exchange. The price I paid was worth being able to drive through on a Sunday.
