They were quick! They were kind!!! THEY DID NOT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF A SINGLE BLACK MOTHER!!! I thought it was my rear rotors and brakes, which would have cost me more than $700. I initially inquired about the cost of rotors. They accessed my vehicle and the cost of services ended up being cheaper than what I was prepared to pay! ITS NOT ABOUT THE MONEY or GETTING OVER ON YOU THERE!! THEY PROVIDED QUALITY SERVICE! The atmosphere is welcoming! I went alone and I wasn’t nervous. Do you know how many places I’ve been & told the mechanic what I thought the issue was and they did the service on what I THOUGHT it was, just to turn around and suggest what the true issue was to GET MORE MONEY OUT OF ME!!! (THE DEALERSHIP 🤧) GRADY DID NOT DO THAT 😍😍!!! WOMEN!!! YOU CAN TRUST THESE GUYS!!! 🫶🏾‼️

Let me start with saying I have been a customer of Grady's for nearly 20 years now. I have always had a good experience with them and currently buy tires for all four drivers in our home. I recently took my teenage son's car in to be looked at for an issue with a power steering leak. Gradys looked at it and gave me an estimate of $1198.00 to fix. That seemed a little high to me and when I questioned, the manager told me half of the cost was in the new power steering pump alone. We opted to wait and do some research and was charged a $75 fee for them to look at it. Although I somewhat nderstand why, I told them what the issue was and even then, not sure how they could tell if was the pump that was bad or a leak from a hose. Even then, we have spent a lot of money with this company over

Waited 3 1/2 hours at a place I had them drop me off at . The job was supposed to be only a 1hour 1/2 this is what they looked like when I got them usually they look new . Dissatisfied Customer. Learned later they have been bought out and kept the name . Check before you buy . You would think I live on a dirt road . I skipped the balance after 3 1/2 hours. We had to pickups waiting. RX , and home . Skipped eating was too late.

I spoke with Grady’s 1/6/26 told them my issue with my car they wanted me to drop it off same day but I couldn’t due to my car not running at that moment they offer towing service with no up front fee I got my car to Grady’s at 7a.m on 1/7/26 the full staff was already there ready an willing to work. They found the issues with my car in mins, while kia of aubrun where my car came from told me to drive it until the 30th when they could get the car seen about the car was cutting off in traffic along with other things. Grady’s got my car part I needed in the same day fixed it the same day an my car was ready by the time I went on lunch break at 12:00 pm SAME DAY ! Highly recommend Grady’s for your needs as far as the price it didn’t matter because I needed my car fixed an fixed right and f

This was my first experience at first time at Grady Tires,, from the time you walk in the door I was greeted with Good Morning may I help you? Very professional atmosphere after my car service I received a text letting me it was ready. The price was reasonable Danny explained what he had done and whatever to be repaired. That will be my go to from on Grady Tires. Thank You I give them a 10!!
