On our 2nd road trip a car in front of us kicked up a rock that cracked our windshield on our virtually brand new Lexus NX350! Grainger’s was recommended by Freeman and I am so glad they did! I had my windshield replaced by Grainger's last week and couldn't be happier with the excellent job they did. They worked with my insurance company to approve OEM glass, which was important to me since the windshield has many sensors. They did a great job installing it and this husband and wife team were lovely to work with. It took while to get the glass from the manufacturer, but once they did the installation was done quickly and professionally. Great communication and lifetime warranty. Highly recommended.

I had my windshield replacement done today, and I'm so happy. I picked Grainger's Auto Glass based on the reviews, and the 5 star reviews are indeed well deserved. I had a big edge crack appear on Dec. 27th from a truck kicking up a rock, and with it being around the holidays, I assumed it would be awhile to get it fixed, but I was able to get it replaced on Jan. 7th, the next day when my new windshield came into the shop. Most communication was done by email and text, but it was fast, easy to schedule the replacement, and I got my questions answered. I highly recommend Grainger's Auto Glass.

They took excellent care of the cables for my dashcam, ensuring they were routed safely without any damage. The attention to detail was truly impressive. They used OEM windshield and worked directly with my insurance company for payment. They recalibrated all the technology sensors, they were fast, and trustworthy.

They provide such great service; they explain everything (which is crucial for someone like me), they communicate mostly through text, and they are on top of things.
