I can’t say enough good things about this place! We’ve taken 2 of our vehicles here as well as my daughter’s car and the prices are great as well as the service. Angela and the crew were able to get us back on the road just in time after an accident almost left us without a vehicle for our Christmas trip. Great communication and fast turnaround, even though they are a small family owned shop. So grateful we found this place!

I had a part on national back order and couldn't get my truck fixed for over a month because of it. During this time, Angela kept me updated and as soon as the part arrived she was just as excited as I was!! There is no competition when Tyler and his team operate on a whole different level of care. Highly communicative and unbeatable prices provided by knowledgeable, honest people.

I had an issue with lug nuts on my tires and needed help getting them off. They were able to quickly help me. I will be using them for any future car service. They are professional and honest.

I had a grand experience while at Grand Auto Care! I have been here a few times for minor things, but this one was a bit tricky, an electrical module lost its mind and needed to be reprogrammed, they handled it professionally and expediently! Lied about diagnosing my cars AC. ended up wanting over 1400 dollars for replacement of a list of parts because of a leak. Didn't offer any explanation on how they found the leak. Got a second opinion from another mechanic using some kind of gas detection tool/meter to find a leak in the evaporator, the 1 part this shop didn't propose replacement of, and the part i was skeptical of because of the smell and whistle in the cab (which i told them about). Overall, i don't think they bothered looking at the car, and just hoped i was stupid enough to get scammed. Overall, wherever you go, make them prove the parts they want to replace are actually broken. Car mechanics are one of the most dishonest professions in the nation. This place is just one of the most blatant.
