Superior service. I stopped by GR Motorcar to schedule a few services, one being a burned out front headlight that needed a bulb replacement. Though it was very close to closing time they said they didn’t want me to leave without that replaced- called to get the bulb delivered & replaced it. We scheduled the remaining work needed for 2 days later. When later serviced they did a thorough inspection and outlined clearly what might be needed. They immediately understood I wanted essentials done & did not go overboard to push other costly items that could wait ( my Prius had almost 200,000 miles & is running well, but I’m trying to decide whether to replace car soon or wait). Happy to share that my first time working with Cody at Grand Rapids Motorcar Service was phenomenal. I made an online appointment for brake service and to get my set of winter tires mounted and balanced. Dropped off car monday morning, not expecting same day service but ended up with my car completed and for less than I was expecting. Great communication and sensible recommendations made this a great experience. 10/10 Highly recommend , will be back for future services.

The receptionist, service manager, technician, and GM all came together and solved the problems I was having with my 2016 Q5. (140,000 miles old). And they completed the job at a good price. I would highly recommend GR Motors on 29th in Grand Rapids.
