I took my truck in for diagnosis of the sluggish response when accelerating. They diagnosed timing chains and motor mounts. I asked them to used my car shield account to cover the cost. When I got the invoice from car shield, the timing chains weren't even on there. What was there was a transmission assembly replacement. I didn't know the transmission was the problem. I know they should've covered the timing chains and mounts. Also they ended up having to fix electrical issues that weren't there before. When I got it back there were parts missing that were there when I dropped it off, such as the cover panel in side in the cab, bolts were missing for the front brake calipers (both sides). There was an exhaust leak too when I got it back that wasnt there before. It is currently at another

Awesome service! The store manager was really nice and his staff got me in and out! Great work guys! First time here as well. My children were taken care of with cartoons and bottled water as we waited for service to be complete. I'm gonna be a regular now! 😊

Don’t get your car fixed there. The worst experience in my life. I was told 2 days for repair it took 3 weeks. I was charged a different price I was quoted. They caused more problems and wanted to charge me for problems they caused. My car was trashed and all my gas was ran out pass E.
