Grapevine Honda

At first the experience was great with Caleb and Shane helping us out, we walked out with a Honda certified preowned vehicle at a good price (I can’t knock them on this) but learning what we were owed after the fact just ruined their image. To any future buyers ALL HONDA CERTIFIED PREOWNED VEHICLES COME WITH TWO KEY FOBS. It is required by Honda for them to list them as Honda certified vehicles. I received a key fob without a key only to realize upon arriving home (I know that’s on me) that the hard key was missing.
