This is my go-to dealer for all of my Honda work. Thank you Alan R. (Service Advisor), Cristian M. (Service Department Manager), and Asia! UPDATE for January 2026: I was right to pick this service department for my new Honda. My new 2025 Honda Accord LX was a lemon (sticky steering in under 5000 miles). Alan and his team were able to diagnose the issue and have Honda approve the work in days, and they got the steering rack replaced under warranty soon after, for a total turnaround of under a week. That's incredible for a rare, major issue requiring close attention to detail at all stages. They were also able to arrange a complimentary loaner on request due to needing a major repair, meaning I wasn't seriously inconvenienced. I strongly recommend Grapevine Honda Service! My Honda HRV just hit 100k miles and I took It in for the recommended service. The service advisor i havd, Jose Trevino, was was friendly and responsive to all my questions. The mechanic had additional recommendations for service but weren't pushy. Jose went the extra step of adding a veterans discount after seeing my disabled veterans love plates without asking which I appreciated.

Andrew is always friendly and helpful whenever I visit. He never pushes unnecessary services and clearly explains the reasons behind any recommendations. The inspection videos recorded by the technician were extremely helpful and made everything easy to understand. The attention to detail at this service center is outstanding. Highly recommended.
