Gray motors is definitely the best car dealer I’ve been to! They provided full records for the vehicle along with performing a maintenance inspection. I didn’t have to worry about hidden prices or hidden markups. They were 100% upfront with aftercost and we’re more than willing to show the full breakdown in the paperwork. on our way out after signing, it was found that a couple of the tire sensors were dead, they told us to take it to our local shop and they’d pay for the replacement. Recommend this place 100% to friends and family.

Given the high price of used cars and the very limited local selection, and given the fact that most used cars are high mileage and mostly used up and getting ready for repeat visits to mechanics for expensive repairs that can cost thousands, you would be doing yourself a big favor to take the time to visit the internet and then leave the North Olympic Peninsula to shop. Sure it's a hassle to go for a long drive, but when you are spending a ton of money at high interest rates it will be worth it. l shopped outside the County and found a much better selection of lower mileage cars, and found dealers who work in a more competitive environment and therefore worked harder for my business. Called the dealership regarding a truck on the lot, the man I spoke with was extremely rude and made a comment about my last name when I gave it to him. They’re asking 23k for a truck that’s no where near worth it, I asked if they’d negotiate and I got shut down immediately and was told “We don’t do that around here.” Terrible customer service. My grandmother worked there for DECADES, I thought they’d be better than that.
