Gray's Tire and Service Center

Mrs. Katie James and her team at Gray’s are phenomenal!! They helped fix everything that my dealership overlooked during my routine maintenance check. They inspected the entire vehicle and fixed everything without hesitation and were so thorough. Gray’s team worked together well and got me taken care of immediately with friendly service. I really appreciate the effort they put into making sure I was well taken care of!! My baby is brand new again and the price was very workable for the work!!!!! 10 out of 10 on all aspects!!!!

During the inspection Gray’s found some problems with the ball joint & control arm on both sides. As you can imagine, that’s not a low priced item to fix but I asked them to go ahead & repair. But when we showed up to get our vehicle, we received a very welcomed and joyful bit of news!!! They double-checked the suspension and decided the repair was not needed!!! So grateful that Katie and the team double-checked and didn’t just go ahead and do the repair anyway since I had already ok’ed the work!! There are some other auto shops who would have gone ahead with the work even though they determined it wasn’t needed!! We are so grateful!!! Thank you, Jesus & thank you Gray’s for your honesty😊

So I have had nothing but great service at Gray's. They are friendly, they remember me and are able to explain in terms I understand and help me make informed decisions. They have a small town charm with expert service. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I called up there on Wednesday and spoke with Katie, right off the bat, I could tell that she was going to be pleasant to speak to and be very knowledgeable! I’m not much of a vehicle guy, she was incredibly patient with me and answered all of my questions without hesitation or frustration. The MOST pleasant interaction and experience I’ve had with a shop in this town, they got me in and out extremely quickly and I also spoke with other employees, Chase (worked near Katie) and Jacob (was working on my truck) super nice and knowledgeable as well. Overall a 10/10 experience. This crew exceeded the standards of Elmore county.

A Saturday morning ran over a bolt called to verify they were open and could fix. Arrived shortly there after and within 15 mins had started on tire repair. Finished in about 30 minutes or so. Best part. Didn't charge anything for fixing the tire. Super next people.
