Dropped my truck off with them to figure out a skip. A week later I was told that it was the torque converter then the transmission. I was charged $135.50 to diagnose. I was also informed that Lee no longer owns the place.

First time using them. After diagnosing problem I was told it would require 7 working days to finish. This is a work truck, this truck is not making money. Now three weeks heading to four....so? They may do great work, I don't know.
