Grease Monkey

I had a long afternoon, but Grease Monkey in Wetumpka truly turned things around for me. Everything started off great with my oil change… then surprise — I ended up with a flat tire 😩. No worries though, I was at the right place to handle it. Just when I thought I was back on track, I realized my daughter had my wheel locks, which meant another 30-minute wait. At that point, I felt like I couldn’t win for losing. But Nick made all the difference. He was so kind, patient, and accommodating the entire time. His customer service was truly superb, and he never made me feel like an inconvenience, even with all the delays. Because of Nick’s professionalism and positive attitude, I’ll definitely be back. Thank you to the team at Grease Monkey — and special shout-out to Nick for excellent service!

Great folks at wetumpka shop. Some of the most polite respectable young men in customer service any where especially after working all day was bout 5 some thing when I was there and still busy serving folks. My 2nd visit was very satisfied both times. Have to say my 1st time was only time of knowing they were around hadn't noticed any where I'm from. 😀I'll be back

Had a great experience today. My tech was Evan. He was very thorough and kept me informed of everything that he was doing. That’s why we use grease monkey on a regular basis. Keep up the good work!

The folks are extremely communicative and kind. They do a great job making sure to communicate what’s being done and what to keep an eye on without upselling their services. I’ve used them for the last year now and will continue to do so.

It would be 5 stars if not for the price, but they are much more convenient than cheaper places in town and reliable. Most of the guys working there are pleasant and get the job done quick. Last time I went, Rain was working by himself and was still friendly and efficient. I've been using this place for years now with no problems.
