Grease Monkey

I’m really impressed with the team at this Grease Monkey location. The guys in the shop were swift, professional, and brought things to my attention that they had clearly already noticed, which shows great observation and attention to detail all around. This is my second time using Grease Monkey; the first time was years ago at the Cumming location and it was an awful experience, so this visit was a big improvement. I normally do my own oil changes, but my new work van was due while I was busy fixing other things, so I brought it here. The only part that bothered me was the tire inflation on the rear axle. I told them the rear tires need to be set to 71 psi as listed on the door sticker. Before I left, I noticed the low tire pressure light was still on and asked them again if they had put

I came here a couple of weeks ago for emissions and realized I would fail. The manager here found a way to help me with my issues without breaking the bank. I really appreciate him and his team. They definitely know how to navigate with a high volume of customers. Everyone here works together flawlessly, and with a great attitude. Will be back!

Mark at Grease Monkey was absolutely amazing. The rest of the team was respectful and kind as well. The customer service was top-tier, he made me feel comfortable from start to finish, and he was so kind and patient with my 2-year-old while we waited. I was recommended to him from another place, and I’m really glad I came. He fixed my brake pads, rotors, windshield wipers, and fluids for an amazing price, all while being professional, welcoming, and genuinely warm-hearted. Highly recommend Mark if you’re looking for great service and honest work.

Normally I don’t post reviews but customer service was so bad I had to say something. I left the place so irritated and was even more irritated when I realized they don’t give me a receipt. I told the guy I had a 30 dollar coupon and paid 44. He said it covers 5 gallons and apparently I use a special filter well I never knew I had a special filter. The receipt covers what they did and what they recommend. Always as a courtesy they ask if I know how to reset the oil meter. Nothing was said. And every time I’ve been to one they check to make sure my lights are working order I had to ask to have it done. When I comes time to get it done again I won’t be returning to this one and if the service is just as bad that will be my last visit. It’s a shame when you consider I’ve gone there for over 5
