Grease Monkey

Yesterday, I was hearing that dreaded squeak-and-grind, but the team there sorted everything out. They were transparent about the brake caliper, pads and rotors on my vehicle. The manager let me see the old parts prior then let me see parts once installed. It’s rare to find a shop that balances speed with actually caring about your safety and pocket, but they nailed it. My car is back to being silent and responsive.

We were in town visiting our children. We had stopped the day before to have the oil changed and the oil cap was stuck. The tech there wasn’t able or willing to work at getting it off. So we stopped at the Grease Monkey on Broadway. As seniors we’re always looking for individuals who are willing to go the extra mile and offer amazing customer service. Donnie was that person. He was quick to say. We’ll take care of you and he did. Thanks Donnie. We’ll be back next time we’re in town.

I will say this is a great business! Always helpful , nice and provides quick service and can’t leave out affordable! The manager Eddie Hernandez and the rest of the team are A-mazing! Grease Monkey staff in Englewood Co on S. Broadway is the best. They are the friendliest and thoroughly efficient. I used to live in Englewood for two decades and recently moved to Okla City. I travel baxk to Denver for work and save my oil changes for when I’m in town to go to this shop. High Fives to this Englewood Team!
