Both employees were great! Professional and friendly. Service was competed quickly! I felt the prices were high. I had a $25 off coupon so put me in the ballpark of a reasonable cost on fully synthetic service for my truck!

Grease Monkey does all of my oil changes.. and like every else the cost has gone up.. but what you can't put a price on is them doing a quick undercarriage inspection and notifying me of a serious problem like this. This is a torn cv axle boot (which left unknown and unfixed) could of led to a winter breakdown, more damage to vehicle if it got to that point, and possibly a serious accident at the point of failure. Thank you Grease Monkey for what you do! This wasn't the first that this has happened either.. they also noticed something with my other vehicle two years ago.. but that too was something that needed to be addressed!

Totally understand the prices will be high but given a $25 off oil change still cost me $74 for 4.2 quartz. Had to pay $5 for a used shop rag and a wrench that was used and paid for back in 2001. I was willing to deal with that even though it's ridiculous! What got me the most was they had no windshield wash that is supposed to be part of the bill. They didn't offer any type of discount even though I technically paid for it as part of their services offered. If I brought my own rag and wrench, would they still charge me for shop supplies? Someone should have been sent to another store to purchase windshield wash. Especially during winter months when windshields get dirty! I've been to this location before a handful of times, both driving my car and as a passenger in my boyfriend's car. The difference in service is pretty much night and day. I kept coming back because it's in a convenient location but after my most recent visit, I'll be heading down to the Valvoline or nearest Take 5. On arrival, all the bay doors were closed and I could see no one inside the building, but one car parked in the center bay. I waited a bit longer, about 5 minutes, and an employee appeared, standing just inside the regular door entrance and waving me to drive up closer. Had I not been staring inside trying to figure out if they were actually open, I wouldn't have seen him. Once I was directed to pull into the bay, the entire inside of Grease Monkey reeked of cigarette smoke.
