Grease Monkey

Usually I have a very professional and positive experience here. The person who helped me was polite and helpful. However, I didn’t realize until I got home that the cabin air filter cover was left on my passenger seat. I noticed when I took a closer look that one of the snaps on it was broken. I’m not saying they broke it, but that on top of not putting it back, and not telling me it was broken left an unprofessional experience for me. I put it back on my own but of course it isn’t a tight fit. Usually these guys are great but just wanted to shed light on this.

This location takes the time to address all that I asked them to do. I got in really quick and didn't have to wait long. They also were personable. The guy that took care of the customers, took the time to talk to everyone, not only for the work they were doing but he found something different to talk to everyone about. Super friendly

The oil change for my truck was successful. Not much interaction from the staff though. Basically…What do you need, park there, leave key in car. No discussion of price, type of oil, any special request. As they pulled the vehicle in I flagged a technician down and asked for my oil preference. As they worked I picked up on the fact they did not have the oil (Mobil 1) that I requested, but they made a call and found the oil. But I was pretty surprised by the price when checking out …$162.00. I was expecting maybe about $100 or so ( my truck takes 8 quarts). Bad on me to not insist on a quote upfront but there is usually signage or a discussion by the staff before proceeding …but not at this location, the staff were mostly in the bays working and there was little chance for that. I got my Moms oil changed and a few other things here they helped me so much did a free test And gave me a discount and genuine good costumer service. huge thanks to grease monkey and the 3 people that helped me out Ashton , Donovan And the GM! There fresh water, soda machine, and clean bathrooms, made the wait feel like. A relaxed time away from home!

I asked to have my tires rotated and the tech found that I had about 5 different kind of lug nuts and one lug nut was completely missing. I asked him to replace all the lug nuts with the correct new ones. He managed to find enough at like 3 different parts places. I think this was exceptional service. THANK YOU!
