Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I have been coming here for the last 4 years for my oil change and have always had a great experience. I went here on Friday the 27th for my same oil change and at checkout when I pulled up my coupon for full synthetic oil change they said it wasn’t full synthetic oil that they put in even though it said it was on the receipt. I have always bought coupons to here and they have always accepted it at the full amount it gives. I bought the 80$ one and they said it only covered 20$ and wouldn’t scan it again or find out why that was happening. This was a very poor experience and I am very dissatisfied.

Always fast always friendly, very thorough. I feel like they are honest about anything else you might need done. Not trying to scam you into a bunch of other services or replacement parts .

Fantastic service. They are very fast and friendly. Well trained and efficient crew. Registrations and emotions took like 15 minutes total.

Dustin and the entire crew were super helpful and informative. I did not feel like they were being pushy about buying other things and they were very informative about the state of my vehicle and what to keep an eye on in the coming months. The service took about 10 minutes and I would definitely go back. Definitely worth the small price difference from jiffy lube or other oil places.

Years ago I needed an oil change. The local Valvoline was very close. So I gave them a try. I have not gone anywhere else since. They are always quick & friendly. One morning I caught them understaffed, everything went just as smoothly. Had they not mentioned it, I’d never known. The employees at this location are top notch. I’ve even started taking my Mom’s car there.
