Beau was the guy I got to deal with, he was very professional and polite. After a lot of bad experiences at other dealers, it was really nice to meet someone who really took care of me. I don’t have the best credit but Beau got me in the car I really wanted and worked until he was able to get me the price and payment I wanted. Definitely a great experience with no pushy sales tactics. I really appreciate his straightforwardness and honesty. The car I bought is in great shape and well taken care of!

I bought a 2020 mustang gt with only 45k miles off them and not even a week after I started getting problems with the clutch and took it into a shop and turned out they had sold me that mustang with a completely cracked/ loose transmission. I gave them a call to see what they could do about it since they sold me the car DAMAGED and refused to do anything about it! Didn’t even want to pitch in anything for a new transmission so I had to replace the transmission and clutch out of my pocket

I recently purchased a truck from Kapp Auto from another state and I was thoroughly impressed with how smoothly it went. Buying a car in general is usually a painstaking process, let alone from out of state, but Beau made the whole one thing much better. He went out of his way to make sure I had peace of mind; he arranged an inspection from a 3rd party mechanic for me, he took the truck to the inspection and thoroughly answered all my additional questions and concerns.
