I came here for the first time to get routine maintenance. My car also had an open recall, which Penske told me it would take a year to schedule the fix for. Great Lakes went ahead and took care of it for me during my routine maintenance no problem. I'm used to being over-sold on unnecessary maintenance, but my experience with Travis at Great Lakes was the opposite. He helped me save money by avoiding some service that was unnecessary given the age and mileage of my vehicle. I will return here next time my car needs work.

This was my first time visiting Honda of Fishers. I had a transmission error come up in the dash of my brand new 2025 Honda Pilot Black Edition. The service department wasn’t in the slightest trained in customer service. Upon dropping off my car they said they had no idea it would take to run a diagnostic. After three hours with no update I gave them a call to end up leaving a voicemail. Two hours later my service tech Ryan called and simply stated it needed a new gear selection switch. He was short to answer any questions or really seem to care about my needs. I left my car overnight which the next morning my call from Ryan was just as unpleasant. I won’t be returning to this location for any of my future Honda needs.

The people interaction was fine. However I spent $300 for a diagnosis and it wasn't even the right fix they recommended. They said they checked the computer logs and it was an oxygen sensor issue. I described the same symptoms to my neighbor, and he said it was my spark plugs. He swapped out my spark plugs in 15 minutes and I haven't had the symptom since.

My displeasure with Honda of Fishers is they didn't honor my $500 hold on new CRV to be bought on March 31. Management decided they were selling my car around noon. I had cash and they couldn't wait for me to come in. I'd like to give praise to Jeff Wyler Honda of Cincinnati. They were willing to sell me a CRV WITH VERBAL AGRERMENT ON PHONE TO HOLD THE VEHICLE UNTIL I GOT THERE (7:15 PM). THE PURCHASE WENT THROUGH WITH NO PROBLEM. Salesman, Jayson Lopez, was very helpful along with everyone else. The price was even less. Thank you Jeff Wyler Honda.

I have been going to this Honda service since I moved to Indiana. It's pretty far from where I live but I enjoyed the service. I have always received a survey every time I have done a service here and surprisingly the one time I had a very horrible experience I didn't get one. Service person felt bothered by me going there. I scheduled with the front desk person to come at this time for an oil change and get my dents repaired. He initially said I was only there for an estimate when I specifically said I wanted the dents fixed. Tried to charge me for extra paint even though the receptionist told me it was part of it. Told me he had no idea why I was scheduled so early because the dent guy doesn't come till 10. This appointment was at 7:45. Brought my own air filters and wanted to charge
