Great Lakes Honda Service Center

I recently had a bit of an experience that I wasn't happy about. Service manager Rob was awesome. He went above and beyond to rectify the issue and more. 10/10 customer service. I will definitely work with this guy again. Also, thank you to the techs that got me back on the road asap, I appreciate all of you.

I’ve never had any issues at all with my Honda vehicles but I do take them in for regular service type things. They are very friendly and efficient. The few times I’ve been there a guy named Justin Miller took care of me and he was fantastic. Explains thing very well and makes sure you are comfortable with what’s being done. I also bought another Honda CRV and Beth Locke was great. No pressure and explained everything thoroughly. I’m a Honda owner for life based on my recent experiences and Great Lakes is the best dealership and service center I’ve ever been too. Thanks Great Lakes!

Scheduling my appointment online was very easy. I was informed that my appt would take approximately one hour. I got there at the scheduled time and they were pretty busy. My car was serviced and washed and I was out within the hour. Friendly service department and comfortable waiting area. Highly recommend Great Lakes !!

Horrible service place. Please be careful with what you say and what you’re signing up for. They did things I didn’t ask and did not do anything I asked for. Even when you’re short in budget, they don’t care, they just want your money.

Bought my truck through Dylan and it was a great experience I flew in from out of state he picked me up and made me feel like I was home will definitely use this dealership again
